Meets APWA color standards and is VOC compliant.  A permanent marking paint that dries faster than a waterbase. Applied in an inverted position. High solids for improved coverage. Produces vivid marks and is safe on grass. Non-clogging formulation will not freeze, and works well in low temperatures. Comes with Seymour’s patented tear away cap.
