This Raypak Heat Exchanger Tube Bundle 406A 407A Copper ASME Commercial | 017977F is a replacement part for pool heaters. The most common use of copper alloy tube bundles are for condensers and auxiliary heat exchangers. If you need to turn steam into water with minimal back flow and high efficiency, then copper tubing is one of your best bets.

Raypak 017977F 406A/407A Tube Bundle Copper Features:
- The model number will tell us everything we need to know about the heater other than the age which is contained in serial number (first two digits are the year, next two digits are the month it was manufactured)
- Full model number can be found by opening the front cabinet door and looking for the identification plate which will contain the model number and part number.
- For residential tube bundle (plastic capron headers) use part number 010062F or 010367F. This is NOT interchangeable with part number 010058F.
- To upgrade to a more durable cupro nickel tube bundle use part number 010371F. This is interchangeable with part number 010058F.
- It is very important to distinguish between residential & commercial tube bundles because they are not interchangeable.
- Residential heater model numbers begin with one of the following: P-R (Raypak) or P-M (Rheem) or P-D (Ruud)
- This tube bundle to be used with commercial ASME models 406A & 407A that have metal headers.
- Commercial heater models begin with C-R (Raypak).
