The Permacast PF-25-A 1.9-Inch Plastic Side Flange with Mounting Hardware is made with White Cycolac plastic material. It can accommodate 1.90-inch OD (Outside Diameter) tubing. It has a 5-inch diameter with a height of 3 inches. It already includes 1 1/4″-20 x 2-3/4″ stainless steel bolt, 2 1/4″ stainless steel washers, 1 1/4″ aluminum bushing, and 1 1/4″-20 stainless steel lock nut.
