ordered wrong part due to only being offered one choice when there are multiple versions. When it didn’t work, I called and was told customer service was not available (on a Monday) due to staffing issues. Other companies have a drop down list on their website to ask which version you want. If I had known this I would have checked which one was correct. called Paramount and was told the right model to buy. Called the next day and ordered the right part thinking I would be able to return the other one. Later found out you would not accept the return because it was opened. Will not use your company again.
