This is an Olympic five-gallon container of White Optilon synthetic rubber pool paint. Rubber-base coatings are one of the most popular types of coatings used for refinishing swimming pools, due largely to the fact that most swimming pools were originally coated with chlorinated rubber before the development of epoxy coatings. Today, rubber-based pool coatings still provide an attractive, easy-to-apply finish.
