Not what I was expecting to received. A roll of gasket material , two sticks of trim, and a bag of screws for 245 dollars. I know everything is high but I was in shock. I thought I was getting more than I received. Probably my fault not checking it out more thoroughly. Careful on return policy . 20 to 30 percent charge on restocking fees, plus shipping cost. Beware before you buy.

the product was very hard to find on the internet but once we did find and order it the shipping process was lengthy. Apparently, the product had to be ordered from somewhere else and then shipped from poolwarehouse. Overall the product was exactly what we were looking for.
