Warranty Information:

Kettler’s limited warranty for residential use guarantees that for a period of three years from the date of purchase, the frame or structural members of the game table will be free from defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal, intended conditions. This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser of a new product used in a home (residential) setting—not for commercial, rental, or institutional use. During the warranty period, Kettler will, at its option, repair or replace the defective frame components (or parts), or, if equivalent parts are no longer available, refund the value of the defective item. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of labor, removal or reinstallation, or shipping (except in limited cases). The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, negligence, normal wear and tear, corrosion, weather exposure, cosmetic blemishes, and unauthorized modifications or repairs
