Part I ordered was defective. Customer service was good as far as staying in contact with me but the policy is bad. I did in fact receive a refund but had to pay to ship it back AND did not receive the original shipping cost back?? That makes no sense, especially for a defective part. The customer service person kept referring to the manufacturer policy. I did not purchase from manufacturer, I purchased from you.
