His eyes light up a demonic red, and his pale wrinkled face is highlighted with eerie purple and green eye paint, a round red nose, and thick lips stretched in a wicked grin. Herbert’s arms are poseable, and he clutches a balloon in his lifelike hands, hoping to lure victims. Don’t be fooled by Herbert’s colorful pantsuit. His plans are much darker.
