Not only will this unit cool the room with 14,000 BTUs of power, it can also provide 10,600 BTUs of supplemental heating for cool, brisk nights. On top of that, it can also function as a fan for air circulation and a dehumidifier for lowering humidity in the room. This model is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation. It will fit most existing wall sleeves (including our competitors) and includes a decorative interior trim kit. This unit also requires a special 230-volt/20-amp electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet.
