The part arrived open. The blister pack was detached on 3 sides. I physically handled the part since it was already exposed. I compared the part with the old part I had. It looked the same. I decided to dry test the part on the workbench. My pump failed to run. So, I removed and re-package the part in the original blister pack, stapled the edges and called PoolWarehouse customer service. After dealing with their return policy and procedures, they deemed to part non-returnable. PoolWarehouse just lost a future customer, his family and his friends.
