The Cuisinart Smash Burger Kit includes 1 Cast Iron Burger Smasher, 1 Stainless Steel Burger Flipper, 1 Stainless Steel Seasoning Shaker, and 100 Restaurant-Grade Hamburger Patty Papers. Once the meat (or veggie) patty is smashed down, use the Stainless Steel Seasoning Shaker to add additional flavor, taking your burger to the next level! For an easy clean up, use a Restaurant-Grade Hamburger Patty Paper prior to pressing down on the patty. The papers are also great if you are going to make the patties ahead of time. The Burger Smasher’s sharp edge helps lift the pressed burger from the griddle surface. A pro tip is scrape in a full circle under the burger, making sure to lift each part of the patty off the griddle surface prior to flipping it.
