The Cuisinart Quick Read Folding Grilling Thermometer is a simple and effective way to check in on the readiness of your grilled meats and also read the temperature of the cooking surface. The 4.25″ food-grade stainless steel instant read auto-on probe needs just 2-3 seconds to measure accurate temperature and has a wide range of -58 degrees F to 572 degrees F (-50C- 300C). This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety, with an IPX66 water resistance rating, an easy and clear reading display. Max/Min button to read the last highest/max temperature measured. A strong magnetic backing allows you to place it on your grill or refrigerator when not in use. The calibration function adjusts the instant-read thermometer probe sensor back to the correct accuracy. Great tool for grilling, smoking, baking and more!
