The rib rack fits up to 6 full racks of ribs. If you flip the rib rack over, you’ll see that there’s a 14.5” x 9.5” basket built for roasts, briskets, and other large cuts of meat. The detachable holder fits in the middle of the basket and is perfect for beer can chicken.
