The Coyote Asado Smoker Heat Deflector adds more versatility to your Coyote Asado Ceramic Grill. To use, simply place the deflector in the Asado firebox. The ceramics absorb and deflect heat, allowing you smoke at low and slow temperatures or bake bread, pizza or cookies.
Heat Deflector Features:
- Ceramic plate absorbs and circulates heat, turning your Coyote Asado grill into a smoker
- Heat resistant ceramics will not crack from temperature shock
