The Coyote 28″ Built-In Pellet Grill combines the rich flavor of wood-fired cooking with the convenience of cutting-edge technology. It is constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a spring-assisted hood. It includes an intuitive digital touch screen control, three food temperature probes, and a range of heat settings that allow you to utilize the grill similar to an indoor oven. The drop pellet system allows you to use any flavor wood pellet, so your flavor options are wide open!

The Coyote’s double-walled hood with gasket keeps heat contained for added efficiency and more consistent grilling temperatures. It also has a built-in spring mechanism for easy opening, and a wind-guard to protect against drafts. The front-loading hopper provides an easier way to add fuel and holds up to 15 lbs. of pellets at a time.

Additionally, the Coyote Versa-Rack system allows you to expand the warming rack for additional cooking surface area. Heavy-duty, laser-cut 304 stainless steel cooking grates provide extra surface contact for great sear marks. This system easily helps you convert the grill from smoking to searing mode with the included interchangeable burn pot grates and removal tool. A dual-fan convection system allows precise temperature control ranging from 175 to 700 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on which burn grate is in use. Three temperature probes are included for easy monitoring of internal food temperatures using the digital control panel. Need to grill at night? Interior grill lighting and an LED temperature probe light allow you to grill in any lighting. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned pit-master, this grill delivers exceptional performance and flavor every time!

The grill cart features two drawers with dual removable drip trays for easier cleanup, as well as two large storage drawers to keep your grilling tools and accessories handy.
