The CMP 25552-401-000 was designed to use for the return lines dedicated to a pool or spa. Should be installed between the pool wall and the plaster and pointed at a downward angle. Returns are designed to create water turnover/circulation. it also helps move this water towards your skimmers which are designed to skim the pool’s surface area. Keeping these jets turned downward will allow water flow to move more vertically which ultimately allows better temperature chemical and temperature distribution.
