Hello. Yes, I got my new weir. The Pool Company that takes care of our pool recommended your Pool Warehouse and the weir I purchased from you. There is nothing wrong with the weir. Unfortunately I think our measurements were off and the new weir is not working like it should. It is not letting any leaves into that skimmer basket it serves. Tom, my pool man, is going to try to adjust it this Friday and see if he can make it work properly. Again, it is not your fault.
