My original motor was shipped to the wrong address but after inquiring about not receiving it, they quickly corrected the issue and shipped another one, which arrived in good order. I have yet to install this one but the previous one worked well and quiet until the filter basket got clogged with leaves one day while I was at work, stressing the pump and causing an issue.
