16 x 34 GLI HyPerLite Solid Safety Cover with 15 Year Warranty

The 16 x 34 GLI HyPerLite Solid Safety Cover is not only secure, but they are also 30% lighter than standard solid covers and each comes standard with our distinctive Commercial Grade Springs. This GLI solid safety cover is available with your choice of drain systems: the patented Kleen-Screen® drain, which removes surface water while filtering out dirt, leaves, and debris, or the upgraded Sure-Flo™ full-length drain, engineered for enhanced water flow across the entire cover while maintaining superior sun blockage to help inhibit algae growth. For pools opened later in spring or yards with heavy leaf loads, an optional cover pump is recommended. Installation requires a minimum of 3′ of concrete decking around the pool perimeter; if your deck is pavers or wood, special anchoring hardware is required.

KLEEN-SCREEN DRAIN OR SURE-FLO FULL-LENGTH

The Kleen-Screen® drain on a GLI Pool Safety Cover is a patented drainage system designed to efficiently remove standing water from the cover’s surface while keeping debris out of the pool. It works by allowing rainwater to pass through a fine mesh panel integrated into the solid cover material, which filters out dirt, leaves, and other contaminants before they can enter the pool.

The Kleen-Screen® drain combines the strength of a solid safety cover with the convenience of an automatic drainage system.

The Sure-Flo™ drain is created using ProMesh fabric that runs the full length of the pool, down the center of the cover, increasing the surface drainage area while blocking sunlight, dirt, and debris from getting into your pool. Efficiently filters dirt and debris while commanding better water flow through the screen. This standout feature will keep your pool water clean and help with an easy spring opening! The “Sure-Flo” drain option is ideal for custom shape pools or larger rectangles.
