Returns
- Returns must be made withing 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be new and not used in original box. If the goods cannot be sold in new condition a refund can not be issued.
- Email sale@poolwarehouse.com a copy of your on-line receipt with a reason of return. An RMA-# will be given and a ship back address.
- Shipping returns will be freight pre-paid via UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. RMA-# and order # must appear on all cartons.
- Product returned without and RA# will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
